Check-out after 12:00 carries a supplement.

Be considerate of the next guests and leave the room soon so that we have time to clean it with a high level of quality. Let us know if you check out early.

We have worked hard to make our pension an elegant and comfortable place for our guests, and we would like to maintain good relations with our neighbours so that our guests can continue to enjoy this beautiful house in an excellent location.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The property is located in an old building, so excessive noise can easily be heard. Be considerate of our residential neighbours.

In case of loss, breakage or similar, of the keys, the charge will be €50 per set.

Excessive mess / cleaning: €50 to €500.

Repair / replacement of damaged items.

Administrative management costs, €20 per hour spent on management.

Complaint about noise from neighbors, 200 euros.

Call the police, €1,000.

Smoking inside the room, €500.

Bringing any type of pet to the apartment, €100.

Exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment, €1,000 to €30,000.

If the tenant causes any problems with the neighbors or the police, the facts will be corroborated and, if verified, the tenant undertakes to leave the apartment immediately, including all parties involved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client must pay 50% of the total price at the time of making the reservation. This amount is non-refundable.

- Within 7 days prior to arrival, the other 50% will be charged.

- If the client cancels 7 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded.

- If the client cancels within 7 days prior to arrival, he will have to pay the full price of the reservation.

- If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the full price of the reservation.

- If the customer's credit card is declined in the second charge of 50%, we will notify them so that they can modify the credit card or provide us with a new one, otherwise we will cancel the reservation within 24 hours.

- Cancellation requests must be notified by email.

Self Check-in: We do not have a reception assistant, so make sure we know your arrival time so we can guarantee a quick and efficient self check-in.

Special check-in instructions will be sent by email or WhatsApp. Follow the guidelines to ensure a trouble-free self check-in.

It is mandatory to check-in online before your arrival, make sure you have received your link prior to check-in.

Please note that for reservations with 3 or more guests, a deposit of €200 is required as a credit card hold and will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
